"Grassroots Citizens of Wisconsin"  is an unincorporated not-for-profit association committed to promoting rational dialogue on issues of importance to the Southwest Wisconsin community.  Membership dues are not tax deductible.  Funds raised by GCW through membership dues will be used to support program initiatives, as well as to defray operational expenses of the organization (e.g., postage, printing, rental fees, refreshments for public gatherings).  Funds will not be used for partisan political activity.  Contributing members will be entitled  to attend the GCW annual meeting and to vote on other matters, as provided in the association's by-laws.  Non-contributing members will be invited to attend the annual meeting, on a non-voting basis.  Other membership benefits, as well as opportunities to underwrite development of specific GCW programs and projects, will be developed by the GCW Leadership Council and announced in the “Grassroots Gazette.”
